Disfigured, my beloved

I still remember just recently, I was still glad and told myself how fortunate I haven't got into any accident, for the past 1 and a half year, and no major damage and scratches inflicted, at least.

And there, not too long after, I fucked up my baby.

Distraction kills, that's the golden word you must always bear in mind if you are a driver.

Quite noticeable spot if you look from front.

I was driving back from breakfast at the local bazaar, with my family. As usual, for no reason, my niece got into this berserk mode, crying and shouting for some unreasonable matter, kids these days... It was really getting into my nerves, and my phone was no where to be found in my pocket, overly annoyed, I looked down at my seat to search for it. And all of a sudden, "Caaaaaarrrr aaahhh!!", my father who at the passenger seat, yelled. It was too late when I saw a reversing car in front my me. Squeaking and banging sound was heard from the front left side of my car. You can imagine what sort of cursing words I had in mind that time...

Large area of scratches, but I guess can somewhat be partially removed with some cleaning

Life always giving us signals, signals that guide us through our lives, that alarm us we are about to get into trouble, if we ignore them, stronger and more serious signals will continue to bug us, until we learn our lesson. I guess I was too confident in driving until I started to become careless, and this is what I get to learn that.

You can see it was concaved at head light side.

Wonder what happened to the car I smashed into? A somewhat unexpected event, but quite typical. The driver was an Indian, his name is Siva. After some "discussion", to my surprise, he told me to take my car to his usual workshop, and he would pay for the repairs. After sent my family back, I went looking for this workshop of his known as "Kim Sang", which has a mechanic name "Ah Seng". But his description was so blur that I couldn't figure out where is this workshop, eventually he agreed to guide me there the next day.

Even more noticeable at this angle, my poor baby...

Unfortunately, "The number you have dialed is not in service" was what I get when trying to call his mobile number the next day, which was still contactable yesterday. Baahh, if he was willing to go into the troubles of terminating his phone number just because a mere hundred ringgit or so, I might just forget his offer. After all, I actually felt more guilty than him...

Noler, happened last SAT, not yet have the chance to go fix her, might just leave it like that for a while...

It was not a serious accident anyway, so didn't bother to do all those hassles. Both party also wrong IMO, if I had not look down and searched for my phone, I would have seen him and stop or evade in time; If he had not reverse and thought I would let him go first or he didn't even look behind, I might not hit his car also.

That's why I always think it's a cycle, when you are living happily and comfortable, you must get ready for bad things to come, bad things gone then good things come again....

So your car finally not virgin anymore haha !
