Calabria @ Belakong

We went to a western restaurant known as Calabria for dinner.

The place is in Belakong, you can see it at the right side of the road if you are coming from Sungai Long direction, after the traffic light, around 500 meters distance, just next to the Milwaukee Steakhouse if you are familiar with it.

This is my second time there. Before that, have been passing it numerous time, just to get to Milwaukee Steakhouse, hehehe. From the look of it, you will think it is a rather high class restaurant, or probably its dim lighting, which is not attractive enough compare to Milwaukee's bright and big entrance.

First time I went, the dish I ordered was tasty enough, the service was good, and the environment was delighting, thus, we decided to pay another visit.

Restaurant at the Look Out Point. Pardon me for the blur photo, just managed to zap it when we about to drive down hill. Taken with K800i.

Originally, that Yen Han was bugging me this noon and asking whether wanna goto a place known as Look Out Point at Ulu Langat, along the road connecting Ampang and Ulu Langat,
which is a place where people able to see the KL view from there, hence, how the name comes by. We did go there, me, Kong and Yen Han, but turned back upon reaching there, that place was damn cramp and small, the small area was congested with cars, getting in and out of that place was really a pain. The restaurant looks promising, but this is just not our day.

Yen Han was really like possessed by hungry ghost, he kept on mumbling: "Ahh.. damn hungry..." With no surprise, he ordered dozen of foods! This guy is well known for his big appetite, he always boasting his recent achievement, where he managed to finish a regular size pizza with side dishes. -_-|||

My Spaghetti Carbonara and Ice Cappuccino. Taken with K800i.

Kong's Oyster & Mussel with cheese, but no oyster that time, so mussels only. Taken with K800i.

Yen Han's Calabria Spaghetti. Taken with K800i.

Yet, another Yen Han's order, the Hawaiian Pizza.

And tonight, he's gonna go beyond that, a plate of spaghetti, a regular pizza, fries, a cup of coffee.

Half way of his attempt. Taken with K800i.

Last p
iece of the pizza, look at that face! Duuhh... Taken with N73 ME. Don't ask me why the color tone is like that, I have no idea myself... Still learning to use my N73 ME.

After this accomplishment, his pet phrase now is: "1 spaghetti, 1 pizza", oh man, he's gonna drive us nut for a while...

The big A! Apparently, this is a certificate of some kind, awarded by the authority. The little words underneath there is basically saying something like "This premise has been awarded grade A for its cleanness and so on, which having a score > 75%." Taken with K800i.

Testing my N73 ME macro mode. Nice angle huh? Hehehe!

My thought about Calabria is, I like it. They provide good food and the quantity is worth it with that price, I had all my
spaghetti finished while there's still ham and mushroom left! I will definitely go back there again.

That's how much we paid. Worth it?

P/S: Why all the remarks on which camera was used to take those photos? As you know, there are lots of debates on the photo quality between Nokia N73 and Sony Ericsson K800i, I was using both phones to capture those photos, so judge it yourself now which one is better?
